- Editing sound -
Today we worked more in the sound design of our title sequence. We used sound effects to fit the transitions to the voiceovers and transitions to the next scenes. We experimented with different horn sounds.

- Filming Date Changes -
As we still have a few more shots to film, we planned to shoot them today. However, due to the weather change, we had to postpone filming to another day. We aim to next film on Friday when the weather will be better.

Rough Cut Evaluation
For our mock exam for media, our group had to edit the clips that we recorded to make our first rough cut.
In my opinion our rough cut worked well because we all collaborated equally. although we didn't need to use many effects and transitions we chose to do so anyway so that we had a realistic expectation of what we want our final edit to look like. We also tried out different effects and transitions to see which ones suited our genre best. Our use of lighting consisted of a dark setting but we used filters to brighten certain parts so that the characters and the background were actually visible. Our location also complimented our lighting as there were active street lights. Our camera work was steady becasue we used a fig rig and our camera man had to run in order to keep up with the scene. Because of this it was much easier to edit transitions and add effects in the scene.
- Maria Wordsworth (Psychiatrist) Voiceover -By Kenny -
As we do not have the correct equipment for an effective dialogue between our characters we've decided to use voiceovers instead.
Here is the voiceover for Maria Wordsworth.

- Blogging Health Check 3 Feedback - 4/1/16 -
Feedback
Tristen, whilst you work very hard and with focus in class, your blog is really disappointing. With 36 blog posts, you have one of the lowest blog counts in the AS cohort and have only posted 8 tasks in 4 weeks. This is really disappointing and doesn't reflect all the work that I see you complete in class . Please can you read through the feedback below and the complete the to do targets at the bottom of the page:
strengths:
- some evidence of good planning
- when used, effective use of ICT to present work and ideas
weaknesses:
-lots of key posts missing - storyboard / pitch evaluation / no evidence of
-filming or editing
- mostly group posts so very few individual posts
- time management and haphazard posting to the blog
to do:
- post essential tasks such as Storyboard and pitch evaluation
- post up evidence of research and planning
- complete a greater number of individual (and independent) blog tasks
- improve frequency of posting to the blog - at least 3 or 4 times weekly
